The other resource I would have liked to include, but did not have time to research, would be to have class emails sent to a number of locations in Canada and other countries to student/classes of the same age and/or grade level. This way my students could interact with children from various worldviews and get direct answers to task sharing. For example, my cousin lives in the Netherlands and has a sever year old daughter. I could set up a email exchange with him to get his daughter's take on the topics addressed in this unit. This would be a better resource than the non-fiction books I found, as these books were not specific enough. I would have to speculate on many of the tasks done in the family and who does these tasks.
The also have some games that relate, though not as many, in their 'Social and Emotional Games" : http://pbskids.org/games/socialandemotional.html
